The hotel location is fantastic - just a short walk away from Copacabana beach. However, the building could be better maintained. Our bed was clean and orderly but the room showed definite signs of wear and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, it is very old, outdated, staff is very rude, unprofessional, no amenities other than towel, breakfast option really bad, the around areas is really dirty, very busy traffic not a lot of good options where to eat. DO NOT GO BASED ON THR PICTUES IT DOES NOT COMPARE.

Room was adequate, had the basic amenities. Nothing special. But the rooftop pool was very nice. All staff friendly and great services. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. Dinner was adequate but for the money you pay is decent.

The rooftop bar has the BEST mojitos we’ve ever had. The front staff was the BEST, they remembered our names, always greeted us with a smile and were always willing to help and answer our questions. The rooms are basic but perfect for the travelers who are there to enjoy being out walking and enjoying the city and just coming back “home” to a safe and comfortable hotel. The location is prime and only a 4 minute walk to the beach! I highly recommend this hotel - we will surely be back again!
