Quanto a limpeza deixou a desejar, tinha bastante pó no chão, nos cantos, em cima da geladeira, café básico do básico, não tinha nem pão francês, era pão pulman integral, não tinha opções de sucos e fruta, não é a vontade, eles servem a quantidade já na mesa pra vc. Não tem serviço de quarto, então fiquei 4 dias e não ouve limpeza, toalha pedi pra ser trocada e fui prontamente atendida. Internet horrível, não tem canal aberto, e a internet não suportava pra conectar no globo play, localização boa, porém preferi fazer tudo de Uber, minha passagem teve troca de horário de última hora e eles me autorizam a ficar duas horas a mais sem me cobrar nenhum custo adicional.

A estadia no geral foi ok, principalmente para quem procura custo-benefício. O lugar não é caro e a localização é boa, bem perto do metrô e também da praia, o que facilita bastante para se locomover e aproveitar a cidade. Por outro lado, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Os funcionários parecem ser um pouco perdidos na organização. Por exemplo, pedi papel higiênico para o banheiro e demoraram horas para levar, e inclusive quando fui embora ainda não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro. Além disso, o banheiro fica sujo com frequência. Outro ponto é o café da manhã. Ele não é servido em formato de buffet; os próprios funcionários preparam e trazem pronto para a mesa. O problema é que isso demora bastante. Também não avisam que o café da manhã funciona com apenas uma porção fixa — ou seja, você acaba comendo praticamente a mesma coisa todos os dias. Caso queira algo a mais, é preciso pagar à parte. Também senti falta de um frigobar no quarto, pois não há onde deixar uma bebida ou qualquer coisa gelada. No geral, é um lugar razoável pela localização e pelo preço, mas a organização do serviço e alguns detalhes de conforto poderiam melhorar bastante.
