Horrible breakfast maybe the worst I have had in a hotel even the fruits were tasteless. The hotel is in now very unsafe area at night. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a good hotel for the price. The walls were really thin though and you could hear everything going on around you. Not a super great location, didn’t really feel safe just walking out of the door and down the street.

Very far from beach, its need go or on 104 bus on Copacobana or on metro 🚇 but to achieve metro need 30 minutes walk on Cinelandia metro station.

Check-in super demorado, staff da manutenção do hotel super rude quando foi solicitado ajuda para verificar a internet a ponto de eu dizer que não queria mais falar com ele, quarto sem secador de cabelo e só emprestam por uma hora. Quartos detondos, sujos, paredes nojentar com catarro grudado. Toalhas de banho velhas e furadas.

O hotel é muito bom. Gostei da recepção, das comodidades, do café da manhã e do ambiente. O único ponto negativo é que não há janelas para que você possa abrir se quiser, ou seja, você acaba precisando ficar com o ar-condicionado ligado a todo momento até para dormir.

O serviço foi ruim em diversos aspectos. Quando cheguei ao quarto, percebi que a roupa de cama não estava limpa. A impressão que tive é que só arrumaram o lençol da cama do hóspede anterior. Uma barbaridade! O box tinha vazamento, depois do banho o chão do quarto ficava molhado. O hotel não tem secador de cabelo no quarto, e o que emprestam na recepção é ruim. O café da manhã é bem pobre, poucas opções e nada de atrativo. Tudo de baixa qualidade. O pior era a falta de higiene adequada. Os pratos e xícaras supostamente limpos, sempre estavam sujos. Era desanimador. Não foi uma boa experiência.
