This was a great little cabin! If your looking for something private and cozy then I’d highly recommend this place. It was very clean, fully furnished with all kitchen items provided.
We needed peace and quiet and that is exactly what we got.Got to see some deer, which is always nice - coming from the city. The Ringold Cafe and the General Store (which makes fresh pizzas), were both very good and friendly. We only ever walked to the two locations as they were so close to the house - yet far enough that we didn't hear any potential noise. The neighbors on the road were friendly.
We had a great time! It's a bit off the beaten path but gives you the true small town America feel! One horse town, with a cafe and general store that has everything you need. Cabin is comfortable and we slept like a baby! Teresa was very responsive to every question we had and lives nearby and always waved! Will stay here again if we're in the area.
This is a neat little house. It has all the stuff you need for cooking, a firepit with wood, a propane grill, and excellent AC throughout. It was very comfortable. The cell and internet service is a bit spotty, but we brought a DVD player that plugged right into the tv on the property.
This cute little place was beautiful and relaxing and just what we needed. We weren’t sure when we first entered the area but once we were settled at our place it was perfect. We watched deer right out in front, both days. Not being in Hochatown and Beavers Bend ended up being a blessing in disguise. We were far enough away from all of the people and traffick but close enough to go to Beavers Bend each day. It was a quaint, quiet, cozy and welcoming place.
The beautiful cabin was just perfect for the weekend gateway. My son is 7yr old, he loved playing with the cornhole. Played outside with the rocks all day. We had the best and very comfortable time ever. We would be returning for sure.
We stayed 3 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday. Loved the house, bed was comfortable, kitchen has all you need, shower was fine. Everything looks new and in great condition. Only negative is no clothing storage so we used the bunk beds to stow our clothing in piles. A dresser? In master would be nice. Towel bars for wet towels would be great. We ate on the back deck and loved the quiet and view. TV in bedroom worked fine but TV in living room did not work. Must be disconnected from the direct TV. It was about 40 min drive to hikes in beaver bend state park. Worth it to stay at Phil's. Is there a way to swim in pine creek lake?? Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!
Wonderful host who was very helpful & kind. Woke up to deer outside of the door. Such a peaceful place, close to Broken Bow in beautiful Farmhouse. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely love to stay again!
We absolutely LOVED this cabin! It had a cozy decor style and very clean. It was the perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. There is little to no cell service(which we actually enioyed) but good wifi available if needed. The Ringold Café and Baldwin's convenient store are just a short walk away. 10 out of 10, would visit here again!
