This stay was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.cleanliness- especially clean bedding is the bare minimum,and this property failed immediately.Upon arrival, l inspected the beds due to prior travel experiences in the first master bedroom I found long black hair on the sheets and a lipstick stain on the pillow , hoping it was a one time mistake, I checked the second master bedroom,only to find additional hair on both the pillows and sheets, the linens clearly had not been washed.finding multiple hairs on two separate beds is unacceptable and unsanitary.I immediately contacted the host communications was difficult because the WiFi information was not reliable available and there was no phone signal at the house.eventually had to reach to the management (creative escapes) a cleaning crew was sent , but instead of enjoying our stay , we had people washing, drying and cleaning throughout the house while we were there.The entire house smelled strongly of bleach,completely ruining the experience. This is not why you pay over1,000 for two nights plus more than 100 for cleaning fees.to make matters worse the cleaner lady admitted to finding additional hair in the bathroom, further proving the house was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Later in the stay I responsibly reported a damage that my dog which estates they welcome pets by the way I told the host to deduct from my credit card , despite this the process became insulting
