The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, privacy wall, and gated entry create a true private setting. The covered terrace off the great room and large gazebo with table and seating are perfect for gathering with family and friends throughout the day and evening.

Located within easy walking distance to the town plaza, beaches, restaurants, paddle boarding, horseback riding, a dive shop, snorkeling, and charter fishing, you’ll have something for everyone just minutes away.

A short 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local grocery store, and just minutes away toward Sandy Beach is the Rincón Lighthouse, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

The property was extremely clean and well kept, and everything, including the AC units, were in good working order. There was a brief power outage affecting the neighborhood and the owners kept us informed as to the situation and the power generator worked throughout the outage. The location is great with lots of beaches and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. All and all a great place to stay for families or friends needing lots of bed rooms and great gathering spaces inside or out by the pool.

Family beach vacation

We spent a week here. 6 adults. Excellent location and pristine house/grounds. Quiet neighborhood. House is well equipped with everything you need. Beach nearby was the best. Plenty to do around town. Excellent dining in the area. Top 10 of rental properties we have stayed through the years. We will be back.

Family Birthday Celebration

This was our first family vacation in a long time. This home was a perfect fit for our family. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Everyone loved the house and the pool. It was beautiful, very clean and close to everything. The only issue we had was the washing machine didn't work, but they replaced it while we were there. We will definitely be back.

Family Memories of a Lifetime

We will be back! This house had plenty of space for our group of 9, the youngest member of our party was 12 so we didn’t have any small people. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was lovely and well maintained. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. They gave us many good recommendations for activities. The location is prime. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything in Rincon.

We absolutely loved our stay. The adults and grandchildren spent a lot of time in the pool❤️. very clean with a well stocked kitchen, bath and pool towels. The washer & dryer was a plus! Great location to visit the nearby beaches and downtown Rincon. Highly recommend if you are looking for a large house for your family vacation!

Great property! Awesome host!

This is an awesome property with phenomenal hosts! We recently stayed in the property for 10 nights for an extended family vacation - kids and elderly in-laws. Everything needed was provided - even beach chairs and umbrella. Home is spacious and well appointed. Quality craftsmanship shows throughout. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my father-in-law who can no longer navigate stairs. The workstation provided a space for my wife to be able to edit together videos and photos of our trip while remaining engaged with the rest of the family (as well as getting some work done). When we arrived we noticed that we were short a couple of hand-towels and pillows, I connected with John and while we were out he had these items delivered same day. One evening during our stay the power went out while most of us were away and my father-in-law and sister-in-law were at home. I connected with John about the generator and though he provided great instructions, my sister-in-law (who has some physical challenges as well) was uncomfortable performing the steps needed to switch to the generator power. I explained this to John and he had someone locally go over to the house to switch the power for her until we could return home. The outdoor patio was our favorite place to hang, we saw several lizards (a couple of REALLY big ones). The sand-wash station is great to clean off after the beach - as is the outdoor shower. Check-in and check-out instructions were great and thorough.

Perfection!

The only bad thing about this house was having to leave. The home was clean, spacious, and easy to find. Close to beaches, the light house, and the town plaza for the art walk on Thursday nights. The pool was refreshing on the hot days and the neighborhood vibe was overall peaceful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Rincon.

Multi Family Spring Break

The house was well kept and a quick walk to our favorite beach. The back yard and pool area was beautifully manicured. Felt extremely private. The kitchen was missing a few essential when entertaining that many people such as cookie sheets or sharp knives for meal prep. Al’s the towels weee barely one per person. It sleeps 12 people so having a few extra pool towels would have been nice. I would def stay here again and give the value, cleanliness, and location 5 stairs.

Great location!!

Our family stayed here for a month, and the location and house could not have been better. Very close to walk to the marina and beach areas. Pool was a great addition for the hot, sunny weather. The house provided room for all of us to spread out.

Gorgeous place, wonderful stay!

This beautiful home is perfect for a vacation get-away, especially if you have a group. The home is well-appointed, modern, clean, and spacious. The large bedrooms make you feel like you have your own space. Love the pool and outdoor area! It's quiet with a secluded tropical vibe. The host was very responsive and easy to contact. Great location-close to town and the beach. It was our second stay, we hope to return!

Enjoyable, very nice, the best place to spend time with your family. The water in the pool a little bit cold but that has nothing to do with the facility. This has more to do with the season. I love the facility and the proximity to nearby restaurants and places of interest. GREAT.

Large family get together

The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. Great large area for dining and outdoor table as well. Washer and dryer worked well and the outdoor hose to wash feet came in handy. The stove was a bit wonky with heating and the dishwasher had standing water, but we just did the dishes by hand. Not a problem. He also brought us some paper plates and utensils which was much appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed and even beach towels and chairs provided. I would stay at this property again.
