Villa Sanfe is a beautifully remodeled oceanfront, ground floor apartment designed in a modern boho coastal style that blends clean lines, relaxed textures, and tropical touches. From the natural finishes to the breezy open spaces, every detail is curated to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

Two spacious bedrooms provide privacy and restful sleep, each with easy access to two full bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. The master bedroom includes a plush king bed plus a convenient twin bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. The second bedroom offers a stylish daybed with two twin mattresses that can be set up as separate beds or pushed together to create a split king, depending on your group’s needs.

In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed for added sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, complemented by a dedicated dining area ideal for enjoying fresh coffee or sunset dinners.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has direct access to Los Almendros Beach. The apartment also offers one assigned parking space within the secure gated parking area.

To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our space, the laundry closet is reserved for host use only and is not available to guests. If you need laundry facilities during your stay, we’re happy to recommend nearby options.

Guests will also have access to 2 beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels (one per guest)—perfect for a day on the sand just steps from your door.

Guests have full privacy during their stay. We offer self check-in with a smart lock/keypad, so you can arrive at your convenience. We are available by phone or message if you need anything. We are happy to share tips on local restaurants, beaches, and activities.

Like many areas in Puerto Rico, occasional power outages may occur due to weather or infrastructure limitations. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in these circumstances, which are unfortunately outside of our control. While most outages are brief, to help you stay comfortable, we provide battery-powered lanterns and a battery-operated fan.
