"Our room would not lock, room was kind of beat up even for being renovated. Did not feel comfortable staying here, hotel was good about my issues and gave me a refund. "

Also, it was referred to as a "complimentary breakfast." In fact, I paid for it with the reservation. It was INCLUDED -- NOT COMPLIMENTARY. Would they think the bed in my room was "complimentary?" No. It was part of what I paid for. Their whole attitude exuded contempt."

"The staff was excellent and the room was clean. You had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The toilet was 14 inches off of the ground. The beds were very uncomfortable. We had to fold all of the blankets into pads to have a little cushion. It was a trip for a funeral, so was glad it was for only one night."
