From the moment Paul greeted me at the check-in desk, I felt welcome. His pleasant demeanor and efficiency put me at ease. Paul informed me of all the amenities available during my stay and answered my questions. My suite was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the heated pool tremendously and the hot and fresh selections for breakfast. My checkout was pleasant and I was thanked. This hotel is a wonderful choice for business or pleasure.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick. Room was clean and setup was great although some updating of bathroom is needed ( several cracked tiles in shower) One other thing is which is beyond staff control, the walls are bit thin and we had a very early morning talker next door so earplugs are a good suggestion. Overall good value and great area

Everything was great except the couch was very uncomfortable and the TV was oddly positioned in the room. You either had to angle it toward the very uncomfortable couch, or toward the bed and then position yourself at an angle to see it. Don’t understand why you would place a tv on a table smack dab in between two rooms, and have to walk around it and then struggle to find a place for your luggage

Basic maintenance felt like it had been neglected at this hotel. Examples: the labels on the breakfast juice dispenser had worn off, there was trash under our couch when we pulled out the trundle bed, the air units in our rooms were falling apart, and the toilet flooded the bathroom on the first flush.

Staff was terrific. Courteous & professional The room was spotless & lovely. One complaint was the low toilet. In this day & age every hotel, motel should have ADA compliant tall toilets. They are not only foe the disabled, but great for seniors anyone w/ knee, back, or hip issues etc. Just like sitting on a regular chair, & not the floor. Very difficult for a very large portion of the population to get down & up from. Most folks too embarassed to say anything!?

The breakfast was AMAZING! The staff is second to none! My ONLY caveat is the cleanliness. My first room was replete with leftover hair! So much so, i was given a different room at 4 am!
