Located on a peaceful, quiet street yet centrally located to many great restaurants, must-see attractions and tasty places to grab a drink. 5 minute drive to a local coffee shop, What The Cup. 10 minute drive to the nearest hospital. The Hopewell City Marina is only 10 minutes away, as well as several beautiful and peaceful parks located at City Point Historic District, if you`re wanting go for a walk or a bike ride along the beautiful and scenic Appomattox River. Only a 9 minute drive to the popular Beacon Theatre, which quite frequently has live music!

For those who enjoy walking, a vehicle is recommended but not essential. Two dedicated parking spaces are provided on-site, with Lyft and Uber ride-sharing services readily available for added convenience. The nearest bus stop is just 0.7 miles away, roughly a 16-minute stroll.

Since this is a townhome, there’s some potential for noise from neighbors due to shared walls, though this hasn’t been an issue in the past.

We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide laundry supplies.

The $250 deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred during your stay and discovered after your departure with your acceptance of the additional money request. Airbnb handles the payment processing for us and will become involved if the request is declined.
