The room was very neglected. No towells, no bed sheets, no paper toilet, no hygienic tissue, no cable tv, mo remote control. Bugs in the bathroom, bath tub worned out, faucet broken, hole in a wall, wall paper broken, no heat control.

It was terrible stains on the sheets roaches and spiders every where I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t let me I tried through the app I don’t know what happen with your customer services but it’s was a terrible experience I was forced to sleep in a room with roaches spider and bed bugs I also have pictures of everything I do not recommend nobody goes there it is terrible

This is not the hotel to ever use. My fiancé was driving home, and needed a hotel to stop in to rest, she picked this hotel and when she got inside, the place was disgusting bedsheets had stains all over them no blankets just one sheet only stayed in the room for five minutes, and when asking for a refund was told no too bad.

Appeared as if people were living in some of the rooms (dont no for sure) very dirty outside. Tried yo give me a room with the TV already on..i did not even enter the room. Felt very unsafe as i was alone. They charge a deposit for towels. I got my money back and went somewhere else. The guy at the front counter was very nice though

No hot water at sink. Filthy Beds. Filthy bath and toilette extremely filthy. Loud noise all night long. Cars and people 1pm to 5am Have pictures available of this filthy dump motel.
