We were placed in a room across the hall from a large barking dog that started barking non-stop before 7am and barked most of the evening (6-10pm) before I called the front desk and asked them to please call the owner and check on the poor dog. Nothing ever happened and the dog continued to bark well after 11pm. There was also kids running non-stop up and down the halls. I'm all for bringing my kids and family with me, but respect for others goes a long way. The hotel staff was indifferent. Would not recommend if you want to sleep

Dining options in the area and the staff are excellent. The hotel breakfast is incredibly underwhelming. The advertising in the elevator does not match what was offered but it could have been a lot worse. Not bad if you’re into sub par precooked/reheated food

Finally - an area that has good dining options! Thus far every Hilton hotel I’ve stayed at has been great especially the staff - there is rarely a good place to eat at. Check out Farm + Oak about 15 minutes down the road in Glen Allen. Hotel and staff are awesome as always with Hilton hotels.

The breakfast buffet, indoor pool, and exercise room is what wowed me! Especially the breakfast, and the amazing lady who was there every morning to greet me. I forgot to ask her what her name is. Sadly, I am back in Florida now. She deserves a raise immediately! lol. Seriously.
