The room was booked for a friend. The front desk on Friday evening were unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. I went back to talk to them on Sunday afternoon, and again the front desk team was very unhelpful.

Nice location, clean and fresh room. But the surprise was being charged for each night for… parking?? In a corporate mall like area ? This isn’t a downtown location. No charge mentioned in listing at all. Sneaky which feels like a money grab.

The room size was awesome, and the property was bright and colorful and clean! The front desk personnel were great! The only thing I did not appreciate is that the pool was very cold and that's why I chose this hotel for an inside pool, but the hospitality overrides my disappointment. I will stay here again!
