From the moment we arrived to the hotel it was all such a smooth and easy process . Nice hotel and in a great location if you're visiting short pump town center! Front desk staff was okay, hotel itself was nice and clean. Pool appeared to be small but it was decent, we didn't make the breakfast and I wasn't a fan of the $10 per night parking.
