The breakfast was terrible. No pancake machine. Only mixed veggie omelets no regular eggs. Turkey sausage patties no bacon or links. Orange juice was not mixed properly it tasted sour. Apple juice was fine. Coffee machine took forever that was a bummer. Plain bagels small blueberry muffins Otis spunkmeyere were fine. We got woken at 8am by housekeeping that pissed me off since checkout wasn’t until 11. I have a 4yr old and he needed sleep. Room was decent corners of bathroom needed a scrub. Sheets were clean.

The hotel was beautiful, new, modern, and comfortable! Several of the employees were very sweet & helpful. A few were Vet unaware of the area in town Activities surprisingly. I asked about the Christmas parade and Floella happening on the same day and three people knew nothing about it. I asked if we could see the photo from the hotel and two people knew nothing about it. There was a crowd by the dark at the back of the hotel at the time of the photo so we figured out that you could see from there which was great. I was just disappointed in the staff wasn’t more aware of the town going on The hotel room was very comfortable although there were some long hairs in the shower indicating it hadn’t actually been scrub down well. And the coffee pot which we used to make hot tea was incredibly noisy. I mean very noisy. If somebody were to use it while the neighbor was sleeping would likely draw their attention. It’s a great location if you’re staying in town to explore downtown new Bern.

An excellent experience. The front desk manager let us check into our room an hour early. The room was clean and was set up well. The beds were very comfortable and allowed us a good night's sleep. All of the staff were very pleasant and courteous. The location of this hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

We were there for shooting star field hockey tournament. Great location as our home base from the two locations. Room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was spot on and the game room was a hit with the teens.
