The food and coffee was great! Getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel was smooth. However, the bathroom layout was a bit tight for 3 adults. There was ants in the room. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was closed during the early part of the afternoon after check in. Getting a shuttle from the hotel to the airport was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes and decided to get an Uber. Also, the staff really didn’t go above and beyond. I asked if I could store my luggage there since my flight was later in the evening and was told no.

The beds and room were nice but just a couple of things. For one I read there was supposed to be a hot tub and they didn’t have it there. Secondly, the bathtub was not the cleanest, there was a huge yellow ring around it. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was good.

I was not thrilled with the air conditioning only because the fan did not shut off the whole time. Not a big noise person so this kind of drove me crazy. The swimming pool in this particular facility is not heated and that was really a bummer. Other than that everything was excellent
