The heat was not working in our room. I told the staff person on duty at the front desk. She said she would send someone up to look at it. In the meantime, I asked for 2 extra blankets. She gave me only one and said she had to keep the other extra blankets in case other guests requested one. I pointed out that it’s a hotel, and it is impossible to believe they didn’t have more than a couple of extra blankets. She refused my request again. She never sent someone up to look at the heater. My husband eventually went down and demanded a new room. We were eventually moved. All of this occurred between 10:45 and 11:30 pm.
