Charming Carytown retreat in an unbeatable location! Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined street, our cozy hideaway is steps from Publix/Kroger and all of Carytown's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Just an 8-minute drive to downtown and two blocks from the highway for an easy commute. Comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy a designated private workstation, a cozy indoor fireplace, and a fenced backyard garden with a grill and fire pit. Perfect for families, business travelers, and vacationers.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and an iron/ironing board.

There are two designated parking spaces and additional street parking. Do not park more than two cars in the lot.
Please be respectful of the upstairs neighbors! The stairs and second floor deck are off-limits.
