The room smelled stale and was dusty. Made my partner a little sick. The front guy said I could have company after late night and it threw me off, because how are you going to dictate who I bring in my room. It was disrespectful to say the least. There was broken glass on the property.

There was no breakfast, every room I’ve booked had roaches and nothing was wiped down, I had to wipe the entire room and buy bug spray to keep the roaches away while I slept, the tvs do not work and the remotes to them are in other rooms and people sit and control and flip the channels in your room.

Was woken up by some guy knocking on our door 4:30 AMfor over 30 minutes saying baby let me in.. We told him several times that he had the wrong room but he continue to knock. So I called the front desk and he said he would look at the cameras and come check it out. The guy stopped for about five minutes and then started up again. So I asked for an extended check out because we got woken up and they offered an hour but check out was 11 o'clock. We were extended to 12 at 9 o'clock in the morning, they're outside the room door with a gas, power, leaf blower blowing the sidewalk off and could not sleep so we checked out by 11. And it's all the front desk again about my situation and all they offered to do so look at the cameras no discount no refund no nothing.

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. The non smoking room was absolutely disgusting with the smell of cigarettes. There was pee on the toilet seat, dried toothpaste all over the sink. The “free breakfast” wasn’t out at 8 when it’s advertised from 6-9. We only stayed here to begin with because of free breakfast availability. Will never be back. So disappointed. Would give zero starts if I could.

Never again.

I paid for a king size bed in a smoking room and they gave me a double bed room smoking room. The shower looked like there was dried feces on the wall(I didn’t want to take a picture), my pillows had what looked like red blood stains on the end, the room smelled like musty dog like they needed to pull the carpet up and the room had been heated up and not used for a long time(we had to air the room out and Jo it didn’t smell like smoke), the toilet could barely flush, there was no tissue roll holder on the tissue, the ottoman leather was ripped off, the bed comforter had burned cigarette marks all over it.

This property was very very dirtiest unhealthy environment I have ever been in my life it took four rooms before could find one that was still unacceptable but better than any other one to get through a few hours this facility definitely needs the Virginia health board to inspect and shut down

Amazingly bad!

The place had a rancid smell overall. There were roaches and we were bitten by unknown bugs. The first night they came and sprayed one of our rooms it took the smell away but it was back stronger in the morning. Second night we slept in the car. Our second room(we rented2) was ok the first night but had us gaging by morning this was our second hotel as the first 1 was the same we didn't stay and had to wait for a refund so at this place we couldn't afford to go to a third place.
