The room was clean, but very outdated. No tissues, no coffee pot, no extras. The door wouldn't unlock because it needed a battery, but it took forever for someone to answer the phone to get help to get in the room. (Over 10 min) Then they finally answered the call. I almost had to leave and get a room somewhere else. Very sparse breakfast. Friendly staff if you see them.

When I met the young staff member at the front desk, he was pleasant & respectful. Room #103 was clean. However the appearance of the room needed attention, regarding the paint, & the tub was peeling off of the side near the base. I did LIKE the window shade instead of the drapes as in other places I've stayed at. It made the room look much neater instead of sloppy. Thank you.

Staff was fine, room needs uplevelling for sure. No toilet paper holder, no toilet paper I had to ask front desk, 1 towel paper thin, had to get more from front desk, cigarette burns in bed cover even though non-smoking room.
