Cozy Tiny Container homes are on a 10-acre lot in the countryside in North Texas. It is in a peaceful place with a lot of things for kids and adults to do. Has a Play area for kids. Volleyball court, Axe throwing and Disc Golf. Lot of open area to play any outdoor games. Lot of swings, tree climbing.

We're only 45 mins from Dallas, 23 mins from Fort Worth, 35 mins from University of North Texas, Denton and 10 mins away from Texas Motor Speedway.

Super cool spot and amazing host

We had the best stay here. It was perfect for the kids with the play set and outdoor games. I would highly recommend this place.

great spot

this was a great spot for us while visiting family in Boyd! a bit of a 'driveway' to navigate, but with AWD vehicle - ok! since it had rained a lot!!! also, the gettting out to open the gate and close every time, a bit of an inconvenience but ok.

I had no problems with the accommodation, it was clean and comfortable. I did have issues with the booking and entrance... When I tried booking one of the facilities the process (either on the host or VRBO) timed out twice then said that listing was no longer available. I tried booking the other listing and got the same issue. I received no confirmation so I booked another listing by a different host and had no problems. A few days later I saw all 3 bookings on my credit card, I canceled all but one with an explanation. I only received 50% credit when the issue was on their (either the host or VRBO) side. Then the entrance situation was a disaster. The gate was a 16' gate with a combination lock the host requested be locked at all times. It was raining and I got soaked and tracked mud all in my vehicle. Also, the drive was not maintained and a car would likely gotten stuck in the mud. This situation SHOULD have been disclosed PRIOR to booking. I would not recommend unless you enjoy tending cattle and opening gates...
