Helpful staff. They would go the extra step. Very clean hotel and great location. Cool bar and lobby. Loved the room decor and setup. Only small gripe was lowest volume on TV was too loud. I tried to go lower, but volume would go silent. Otherwise, a great stay and I would stay again!

Good hotel for location & price

Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Reykjavik. The location worked well, and the space was pleasant. Two small things kept it from being a 5-star review: (1) the online info about air conditioning was a bit unclear. We visited during a warmer stretch, and the small window didn’t provide much ventilation; (2) the shower design. Using the handheld wand splashed water across the bathroom since the shield wasn’t quite enough.
