Great hotel. The spa pass is worth purchasing while you're there, as they have two jacuzzis (one indoor, one outdoor), plus a dry sauna. A bit of major construction next door to the property, which I think is why you can get a good deal here at the moment. I was up early everyday, so construction didn't affect my stay. On-site parking is first come, first serve, so it fills up quickly. There are adjacent free parking areas, but it may be a bit of a walk. Great location to the downtown shops and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly. I'd for sure stay here again next time I'm in Iceland.

The property was ok reasonably priced staff were helpful. The gym such has it was with only 3 pieces of equipment was not they werent even in a state of repair. Given how expensive iceland was we were happy

It’s my second time in this hotel. Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast, walking distance to restaurants and downtown. The only issue is the parking and a construction in front of the hotel.

Had a great time with 2 friends at this hotel. 3 easy parking options, walking distance to city center. Close to great shops and restaurants. Very safe area. We were 3 woman and always felt safe. The hotel staff were wonderful from front desk, housekeeping to restaurant staff. The room was big and bright with great amenities. Got tun and gym were great! Reataurant food was delicious and sercers very nice. I dont remeber his name but we chatted with a lovely guy from Bolivia i believe. We drove all over Iceland to multiple locations and were always so happy to be back at the hotel felt like coming home . They were nice enough to decorate the room and leave a cake and card for my friends 50th birthday . Would definitely stay here again when in Reykjavik. Highly recommend. Perfect location
