This hotel is GREAT. We've stayed there two years in a row. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of character. The guys at reception were enthusiastically helpful; we got a lot out of our only 2 day stay in Reykjavik, and it all went smoothly thanks to their advice. The location was perfect. Bus stop 15 is a fabulous location for all excursions and airport transfers, there’s a great Starbucks nearby, a lovely harbour walk, beautiful ships, old harbour house for whale watching and lovely food, a great selection of little restaurants on the harbour, it’s just a heavenly location. ABSOLUTELY perfect location.
