The location is wonderful. The instructions for the washer/dryer were for a different model and didn't help. Our windows and balcony looked out into a excavation hole. As apparently the building that was there was torn down which the picture for the apartment didn't show. There was a large stain outside our interior door to the apartment that smelled like old fish. The curtains need attention, they are hanging off the curtain rods. We were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for our 4 day stay. I contacted them and more were brought over the following afternoon. I feel this property was over priced. Best part of it is the location. It deserves a low 3 star rating.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment. The room was clean and stylish. The heated bathroom floor was a dream! But the best aspect of Ice Apartments was its location - right in the downtown area, literally steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and 2 blocks from the bus stop to all excursions.
