While I understand that this is a self serve hotel, there should be staff available to remedy problems or fix things that are broken. Door code didn’t work when we arrived (appears they didn’t program it for the correct time), fan in our room was broken, room was stifling hot with no airflow or air conditioning and they did NOTHING to resolve the issues.

We had a room on the 0 floor, which took us a minute to find the door to without guidance but we got there eventually! Parking is also very, very limited at this hotel. It is extremely close to a grocery store though so that was very convenient for our dinner/breakfast. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was quiet overnight and the bed was pretty comfortable. We crashed hard here after our flight in!
