Wonderful stay at Hlemmur Suites!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hlemmur Suites! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after exploring Reykjavík. The customer service was excellent: super responsive and accommodating. On the check-out date, I had a small issue when the laundry machine wouldn’t open because the drum was still hot. The staff responded quickly and even offered us a one-hour late check-out, which I really appreciated. The location is also great—just steps away from bus stop #9, which made it so easy to take the Flybus from the airport to BSI and transfer directly to the apartment. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Hlemmur Suites to anyone visiting Iceland!

Hlemmur was in the perfect location being centrally located. We were able to walk just about everywhere except for the Perlan. The bus stop was around the corner and the Bonus grocery was a 5 min walk. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and we were able to cook. The people we emailed were great and responsive. Only downside was the elevator which felt like it had seen better days and made my child nervous. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A great place to stay

A fabulous apartment in a great and quiet part of Reykjavik. Right on the main shopping street and a couple of blocks from the seafront. Recommend.

Nice place

Great location, can be a challenge to find if you rely on Google Maps. Better off driving to Hlemmur Mathöll, the entrance is across from there. Overall a nice room, easy self check in. Would stay there again.

We had two suites in July and had a wonderful stay. The building felt safe and easy to access. The food hall was perfect for a bite or just a quick drink. It would have been nice to have a larger laundry facility but we were able to walk to laundromat with no issues.

A great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Hlemmer Suites. The place was spotless and very well furnished. Such comfortable beds! It is also quite central to all that Reykjavik has to offer but a bit to the side so we found it a bit more quiet. Communication with the suites was easy. We'll definitely stay here on our next Iceland adventure.

I reserved 3 rooms reserves. One of the room was not clean when we came in. The owner answers our call and came to clean the apartment within 45 min of our call. We had no other issues.

Spacious apartment, great location, amazing view

Pros: Great location, convenient to restaurants, bars, stores and attractions. awesome view of the ocean. very spacious and comfortable. support team was very responsive and answered all questions promptly via email Cons: It was more of an apartment than a hotel room which I didn't realize. Because of that there was no reception or housekeeping, minor inconvenience.
