Overall very nice stay. The room was clean and the apartment building was easy to find. Ending up parking in a parking garage right down the street as off street parking next to the entrance wasn’t available.

We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. Very close to the harbor and walking distance to the major shopping area and restaurants. Communication was excellent and our apartment was cozy and clean.

The place was small for four people but conveniently located close to the downtown area—a 5-minute walk—while still being quiet at night 🌙. Communication about the codes and reminders was clear and easy to follow ✅. The building appeared to be older 🏢. We arrived around 2:30 AM and still needed to assemble the sofa bed, even though they knew there were four guests. I suggest it would be courteous to have the bed assembled ahead of time 🛏️. The place was very basic, but they do have a room with board games 🎲 in the front area.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Was nice having appliances, dishware, and cutlery. It was one less thing to worry about. Location is really good in terms of walking around the city and heading out of the city. Owners/management were very responsive.

Icelandic Centric Getaway

Was surprised with the size of the room, really big and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Location was great too. Super close to all the stores and restaurants. The communication with them was great too, they responded super fast when I had questions about leaving my luggage on my last day. Definitely recommend.

Rooms were cleaned. Overall it was good stay. The only reason I cut one star is because of parking. This hotel doesn’t have parking, I have to look into different street for parking spot. Also I would recommend hotel to post the customer service phone number or email address in case of emergency as we had one and there was no way to contact person so I reached out to Orbitz customer service which they reach out to hotel. In summary I would recommend this hotel as rooms are cleaned and most of things are walkable distance.

Everything was in walking distance. Didnt like the fact that i never received an email to tell me check in info. Plus other guests had to help us, where to put bags before check in, with your phone # for help. No sevice for TV to watch. Towels were cheap & no face cloths.

No elevators so had to haul suitcases up the stairs but was listed in listing that there were no elevators. Room was not clean, crumbs on the ground, dirty cloths on the fridge, pillows and bed spread had many stains on them. Location was good, close to downtown and all the great sights. Beds were comfortable.
