110 sqm. apartment in a house built 2004, located on a quiet street on the west side of down town Reykjavík area only 10-12 minute walk to the city center. Can accommodate up to 8 persons. The apartment is not shared. Private space in closed secure underground parking.

The space

The apartment is very close to everything you would want to explore in Reykjavik. The apartment is on ground floor. With free parking out front or private secure indoor car parking. Elevator goes from the car park to the apartment floor.

Fully furnished, equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a living room with a sleeping sofa for two persons.

Bathroom has shower, and you will find hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels.

Master bedroom with a 180cm x 200cm bed. Two other bedrooms, with two single beds 80cm x 200cm and a 160cm x 200cm bed.

It’s very clean and nice apartment, great quiet location but only minutes from all the bars and restaurants. Great walks by the sea right outside the building.

Private secure car park is under the house. Free internet, TV. Washing machine and dryer inside.
