Great location for bus transportation to and from airport and closeness to attractions. Hotel needs a refresh and update. So much noise from bar across the street until 2 a.m., not the hotel's fault, but still. . .

Good location.

This was good for one night prior to cruise. Good location. Our room was a bit small and noisy until the restaurant next door closed. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast ok.

The property is in a perfect location. In the city center. A quick walk away from Church etc. The rooms are very small and shower VERY small with the toilet right up against the wall. If you are large, dont stay here. Very clean, staff very informed and helpful. We stayed during a summer festival which took place directly in front of our hotel. It was loud and the front desk staff locked us out due to the people outside. More communication would have been better. Overall good location and clean. Id recommend if you dont care for fancy. Breakfast included also-it was okay.

A perfect location, a 15 minute walk gets you almost everywhere. The shopping, the famous bakeries, ice cream, soup restaurants, street food are all moments away. Walk up the hill from the hotel to the church or down the hill to the waterfront and the voyager sculpture on the waterfront. The staff are very pleasant, not in the usual over the top hospitality is my life dream way, but knowledgeable and willing to help may your stay perfect. The breakfast included is hearty, oatmeal with toppings, cereal, bakeries, herring, beets and sour cream. Hard boiled eggs, skyr and meats and cheeses for protein. Milk, juice, coffee and tea for beverages. Rooms can be a little small but fine for your visit. A great location, parking garage right down the street, with limited street parking. I would recommend!

My booking was cancelled without explanation at 5:00 PM and I was relocated to another hotel, Center Hotel Plaza. I was assigned an attic-style room with a ceiling less than one metre above the bed, which was unacceptable, so I had to go to the front desk to request a normal room. After my stay l discovered my AirPods Pro were missing; I messaged the hotel to locate my AirPods Pro but have not received a reply. I hope the hotel will take my request seriously and assist in locating and returning my AirPods Pro.

This hotel is in a good location. It's walkable to the bus stop as well as plenty of food and shopping in the down town area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Faruq was wonderful. He went above and beyond to help me out.

It was a good mid range hotel in the middle of Reykjavík. Close to all the bus stops that the tours pick up at in walkable to multiple good restaurants and shopping.

Located opposite an Irish pub. Music till early hours with loud singing. Plus seemed to be a main thoroughfare all night for passing revellers. We got no sleep at all. Bathroom had a very strage smell also. Very small rooms.
