We were very impressed with our interaction with staff even before we arrived. They were able to book our round trip transporation from the airport and stored our luggage upon arrival early in the morning. Thoughtful touches, like luggage in the apartment waiting for you when you walk in. I was very impressed that you were personally escorted in and shown around the apartment. The location is perfect. The room was kept extremely clean and the staff were always very helpful. The hotel's location is near several bus stops for both tours and the city's public transportation. Many of the Reykjavik's best restaurants are within walking distance.
