Good place to stay in Reykjavik

The hotel was great. The step up shower was small for a tall person and small for a little bit larger person leaving not much room to move. As much as we enjoyed the hotel, we did feel the absence of any onsite, concierge personnel.

We really enjoyed this hotel! It is a bit unassuming from the outside and in the hallways, but the room was lovely! Very clean, silent, and windows opened enough to keep the room cool. Would definitely return.

This Hotel was the perfect choice for me! The staff made it easy for me to store luggage while I explored for the day as I arrived very early. There was every amenity I needed including a smart TV which was a treat! It was easy to find and easy to get to all of the sights I was hoping to see. Loved my stay!

I did not like having not a single person on the property to talk to about anything. No local advice or flavor to help you navigate thru a day. Missed that. Also, a breaker popped while we were there...room went dark and I had to call the phone contact in the hope they could direct me to help. I ended up finding the breaker box and resetting the breaker. I would not stay here again. Just too impersonal and cold of a way to run a hotel.
