We had a great time here! Hotel is fun to explore and the ghost town was amazing. Food at the restaurant was good, maybe could have a bit more variety but other than that we will be back.
"Ghost town" was really interesting. Garden was nice to sit and look at the mountains, lake and scenery.
Hotel and facilities were excellent. Staff friendly and food very good.
Plan to stay there again.
This is our second time staying at the resort. My kids love it so much! It’s outdated, but still so fun to stay at. Rooms are clean and so is the rest of the resort. Staff are friendly and welcoming!
Chateau was very impressive, comfortable beds, quiet room, nice lake view. Hot tub and pool were very warm. The ghost town and train ride were interesting to explore and learn about BCs history. The restaurant's food was disappointing (the breakfast - microwaved eggs and packaged hollandaise). Dinner (burgers) were good.
Fantastic scenery! It is an older hotel, but the rooms were clean. Revelstoke is only 15 mins away if you want something different to eat than the hotel restaurant's offerings. In summer the rooms get hot, and there's no AC.
This is one of my favorite places to visit. The views are gorgeous. The ghost town took me hours to see everything cause there is so much there. The staff were all super friendly. There are many little birds flying around the gardens which is fun to watch from the rooms balcony. I food at the restaurant was good. The whole experience was very relaxing.
Firstly, thank you to all the staff/owners.
Very friendly and helpful.
It's designed for a getaway, and that's exactly what it delivers.
Would I come back? Definitely, yes.
The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was clean but the hallway rugs needed to be updated. The sheets were beige would have preferred white. Enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. Really enjoyed the walk thru the ghost town, very interesting, lots of antiques and well maintained.
Very little and poor reception on TV. No WiFi available in rooms. King bed was in rough shape—. Very soft and uncomfortable. Found it hard on our backs
