"If you love history and nature then this is the place for you . The rooms are filled with character, with comfortable beds. The food is outstanding. Breakfast is a must it's extremely good quality produce. The staff are amazing and extremely professional . The wildlife is incredible!! Three owlets nesting in the ramparts, a swallows nest above our door and eagles flying overhead. You will not get a good signal here but this only adds the the peace and serenity this hotel provides. This was our second visit and we hope to return soon. "
