It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves. I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking. While I was in the room I got a message that they were going to cancel my stay due to the third party not having a picture of my credit card. I was confused bc this is the 1st time I was ever asked to send the front and back of my card. Long story short these ppl didn’t even know I was already in the room. The next day I got through to confirm if this was valid. Sent my card info again and I received confirmation to “check in” (again while I was already in the room). For check out - again I waited for ever. Finally got through to global luxury for them to tell me to leave the fob in the room. meanwhile, there’s a sign in the room that states to drop things off at the front desk (pic attached). Two different ask - Totally contradicting… Very unprofessional and a HUGE inconvenience! Never again would I book them. The only positive I can say is that it’s a beautiful building. Good luck getting around! lol :D
