Não posso ar condicionado na sala. Há uma tarifa diária de R$ 25,00 para disponibilização de frigobar no quarto. Mau cheiro no corredor do hotel e no banheiro. Limpeza inadequada.

Desapontado e só não dei a nota minima pois todos os funcionários, da recepção até a senhora responsável pelo restaurante, foram excelentes. Ótimo atendimento. Começou com um desapontamento por ser um aparthotel, um dos mais caros de Resende, e não tinha frigobar. ALias, não só frigobar, mas nenhum copo, talher, prato. E a existência do minibar (minibar em uma busca no Google mostra que é o mesmo que frigobar) estava explicita no anuncio do Hotels.com. Havia falta inclusive de opções de bebidas no restaurante e recepção, eu precisei ir até um local proximo para adquirir bebidas. O hotel fica escondido em uma rua deserta e escura, região perigosa inclusive. Jantei no restaurante do hotel (que também não tinha opções de cerveja) e o tempero da comida e a atenção foram otimos, mas um "filet" a parmegiana muito duro, puro nervo. A pessoa que faz a comida, que só merece elogios, não tem culpa da administração fornecer material de baixa qualidade. Vários hospedes transitavam pelo hotel, elevadores e restaurante sem mascaras e se servindo no café sem usar luvas e mascaras, ninguém do hotel para fiscalizar e alertar.

Bastante satisfatório para quem gosta do simples.

Localização muito boa apesar do barulho do transito nas proximidades. Equipe de atendimento bastante educada e simpática. Café da manhã bastante com fartura e variedade.

O hotel é bem localizado e o quarto espaçoso, contando ainda com uma pequena sala, porém o café da manhã é básico, não havendo algo a ser ressaltado, e as instalações são antigas. Não estava esperando nada espetacular. Me atendeu. No café da manhã não tinha variedades e faltou pão e café... demora para reposição dos alimentos, não gostei não. A recepção foi ótima, inclusive deixaram a gente sair às 15h o que foi excelente.

E um flat em Resende . Tem cozinha e algumas unidades varanda (ou sacada ) , e algumas frigobar ( não todas ) que são mais caras . Bom conforto , café razoável e tem uma pequena academia com poucos aparelhos

Boa estadia em Resende . No geral os quartos são bons , um flat , com cozinha , sala e varanda , porém estão meio antigos , precisam de uma reforma . Algumas unidades não tem frigobar e o hotel não oferece fogão . Perto do shopping.
