A equipe toda é educada e solícita, especialmente a Kátia da recepção. A pousada deixou bolo e café e chá à disposição dos hóspedes no período que estive lá a tarde e esses pequenos detalhes fazem as grandes diferenças. Infelizmente, houve contratempos com hospedes mal-educados fazendo algazarra e sendo mal-educados e até nisso houve intervenção da equipe da pousada para manutenção da paz e do silêncio, visto que numa das situações, já passava das 10 da noite. Se retornar a Penedo futuramente, certamente ficarei com eles novamente, pois a estrutura é boa e não dá pra saber se é nova ou a manutenção é impecável visto que tudo está sempre bem organizado e limpo. Grama aparada, piscina limpa, sauna em perfeito estado. Se a viagem não foi perfeita, nenhum dos contratempos, foi devido a Pousada Rainha da Mata.
