The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. We booked for 2 nights, but even before we checked in we said we would only stay one night, and not two as booked. Upon our check out we received the billing statement from the hotel with the charge for one night. Now, nor the hotel or Expedia want to issue a refund. Disappointing.

Convenient and Clean

Good for business and family travelers. I stayed in the hotel for one night. The building is relatively new, everything looks in good shape and well maintained. Room is very clean and bathroom is very good as well with everything working fine. Internet is steady and fast. Free parking is very convenient. Breakfast is excellent, with several choices of bread, cakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices etc. Air-conditioning is efficient and silent. TV set is good size and modern although I have not watched it. Bed mattresses are firm and confortable. Bed sheets and towels are clean. The only detail I has is that they assigned me with a queen size bed rather a double bed room as in my reservation. They changed the room immediately in not time. Also the pillows are firm and too high, and it cause some discomfort during sleep time. Each single bed has two of them. I would suggest hotel keep one high and get one mid height pillow some the guest could choose which fits better. I recommend this hotel and I would stay there again in my next trip.

Não conseguimos dormir.

Não conseguimos dormir. Foi uma estadia nada confortável! Tanto eu como minha esposa começamos a coçar assim que deitamos na cama. Não sabíamos se era falta da limpeza, ou até mesmo pulgas. Além disso, a acústica do quarto amplificava o som externo. Estava tão incômodo que levantamos as 3 da manhã e seguimos viagem. Uma estadia com intensão de descansar se tornou uma péssima escolha.
