Room was ok. Great location. One issue, you have to pay to park at the hotel? Was unaware of this since none of the othe hotels in the area do this. So when shopping around, the rate looks lower than what it really is. Seems a little shady.

Ok for 1 quick night

Staff was friendly. Sheets were rough and felt overused with balls of fabric on them, towels had hair on them, cups for ice had a piece of chewing gum stuck to them. Lots of outside noise from other guests and random patrons on the hotel property.

We did not stay too many dogs asked for quiet room and other side looked more quiet and much cleaner. Could not find lobby for 30 minutes as it was the lobby over in the Beach House.waste of money for us

Room clean and tidy. Plenty of towels. I was grateful for a place to stay with my little poodle. Easy stroll to the beach. Nice walkable neighborhood. Only dings, and they had little impact, were very slow internet tv and non working clock in room. Overall a good experience I'll return in the future.

Reasonably priced ocean block hotel

Excellent location, if you don't mind the sounds of the Friday and Saturday night concerts across the street carrying to your room. Excellent food options nearby. Clean room, sheets, towels, bathroom, except VERY DIRTY FLOOR. Bring socks or slippers. Excellent water pressure in the shower, not so much for the toilet. Expect to flush twice. Nice outdoor gathering areas. Best of all - ocean block location for reasonable price.

Coffee mill atmosphere was nice, very pet friendly, could use work around the edges (rust in the stairwell, outdated and crusty bathtub, stains on the ceiling— things were clean but not nice looking if that makes sense), staff was AMAZING and so helpful. Got into our room early, helped with my service dog not being a pet, got us a parking pass to go to the beach while our room wasn’t ready yet.

There was no toilet paper in the room. There is black mold in the shower. The towel I put on the bathroom floor for my shower got dirty from the floor not being clean. There were ants- just a few. On a positive note, the young woman at the front desk was very nice and pleasant and provided us with toilet paper and a hair dryer.

It's a basic motel type property, 3 stories with no elevator but the NICEST people! Great location for walking to beach and good restaurants, great coffee shop! Comfortable easy chair and beds and pillows that don't collapse to nothing!

Great location, easy beach walk and pet friendly make this a good spot for a shorter visit. It could be a little cleaner, there could be a few more towels, but the bed was comfortable. Coffee shop on property was good to find. And the sun deck is great for morning coffee or a happy hour glass.
