This wonderful tiny house has everything you could want. Thanks to its great layout, it can accommodate up to 7 people. The house is in a secluded location surrounded by woods and fields, so children can play carefree and explore the area thanks to its location on a dead-end street.
The nearest shopping, pharmacy, and doctors’ offices are located in Lunden, about a 5-minute drive away. Sankt Peter Ording can be reached in about 40 minutes.
If you love peace and quiet, nature, and the extraordinary, this is the perfect place for you.

House with opportunities

I killed 30 mosquitos, 10 spiders and other bugs on the first day. There are no mosquito screens on the windows. The bathroom and the kitchen are stinky, and the cabinets are full with the stuff of the owners (combs, deodorants, shoes). The wooden furniture also stinks. Stay away from this house.

Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.Wir kamen gegen Mitternacht an. Trotz korrektem Code ließ sich der Schlüsseltresor nicht öffnen. Erst nachdem wir ihn mit einem Schraubendreher geöffnet hatten, gelangten wir an den Schlüssel.Im Haus folgte die nächste Überraschung: Es waren weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher vorhanden. Sämtliche Versuche, die Vermieterin telefonisch oder per WhatsApp zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos – in der Nacht ebenso wie am nächsten Morgen. Auch drei Tage später haben wir weder einen Rückruf noch eine Nachricht erhalten.Gerade wenn Probleme auftreten, muss ein Vermieter erreichbar sein. Dieses Verhalten empfinden wir als inakzeptabel.Wir sind als Band nach einem Auftritt in Büsum angereist und hatten die Unterkunft bewusst zur Erholung gebucht. Stattdessen mussten wir uns mitten in der Nacht mit der Schlüsselübergabe und der fehlenden Ausstattung beschäftigen.Das Haus ist insgesamt eher einfach ausgestattet und eingerichtet und 7 Schlafpätze ist sehr optimistisch.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Hervorzuheben ist die üppige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung, die vor allem die Kinderherzen höher schlagen ließ. Bücher, Spiele, DVD‘s und ein großes Trampolin. Alles da und dennoch würden wir uns dort kein zweites Mal einmieten. Als wir (Anfang Oktober) spät am Abend anreisten hatten die Räume eine Temperatur um die 12°. Es war bitterkalt und direkt beim öffnen der Haustür kam uns ein modrig, feuchter Geruch entgegen. Dieser sollte uns in den nächsten Tagen noch öfter in die Nase stoßen, zum Beispiel beim morgendlichen Kaffee (weil sogar das Geschirr so unangenehm modrig roch). Wir entdeckten Schimmel & feuchte Stellen. Zum beheizen der Räume gab es eine(!) elektronische Standheizung, es war unmöglich damit alle Räume zu heizen, so dass wir unseren Aufenthalt auf einem Raum beschränkten. Für eine Familie mit 7 Personen nicht immer empfehlenswert. Hätten wir nicht so schönes Wetter gehabt, wären wir wohl am nächsten Tag direkt wieder nach Hause gefahren. Die Kontaktaufnahme vor Reiseantritt klappte einwandfrei.

Eine Woche unter den Mirabellen

Die Ausstattung ist gut, für Kinder viel zu entdecken, großer Garten für Hunde viel Auslauf. Leider keine Sitz Auflagen für die Garten Stühle. Alles in allem okay.

War für uns perfekt

Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein daß es ein kleines Häuschen am Waldrand ist an dem gerne Kleingetier lebt. Wir haben selber erstmal grob alles gesäubert und konnten unseren Urlaub dann genießen.

Klein aber fein und sehr schön gelegen

Wir waren im Juni eine Woche in dem Tiny Haus mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Hund. Die lage war optimal mit Garten, in der Natur gelegen. Trotz Bahn nebenan hört man nichts und hat Ruhe in dem Häuschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchen! Und der Check In Vorgang genauso wie die Buchung lief alles reibungslos ab, auf Nachfragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Wir haben erneut gebucht und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal in dem Häuschen 😊

Au weia

Nicht zu empfehlen, sollte aus dem Portfolio genommen werden. Richtig alter Keim in den Evken, großflächig Spritzer an der Küchenwand, nach Käsefuß riechende Schuhe im Schuhschrank. Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt. Mülltonnen waren so voll, dass wir unseren Müll nur daneben stellen konnten!

Angenehm

Wir waren zu dritt da und für die Anzahl hat der Platz mehr als gereicht. Auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ließ hier und da zu wünschen übrig, dennoch kein komplettes No-Go.

Das kleine Häuschen braucht mehr Pflege!

Haus hat alles was man braucht👍 Garten ist zum toben und entspannen wunderbar 👍 Sauberkeit: im Bad, schmutzige Handtücher👎 auf der Terrasse Mülltonnen (brechend voll) 👎 Fenster schon lange nicht geputzt und Boden unter den Schränken auch. Trotz allem haben wir wunderschöne Tage verbracht 😊 Hoffe der Besitzer nimmt die Kritik an, dann kommen wir gerne wieder 😊

Schönes Minihäuschen mit großem Garten

Schönes Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen. Geschirr ist in ausreichendem Umfang vorhanden, sowie eine Spülmaschine. Die Schlafplätze im Spitzboden haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeit sind direkt am Haus.

Sehr entäucht

Nicht sauber und Kalt. Aussentemperatur in der Nacht 0°. Wohnung bei Anreise sehr Kalt. Kleingetier (jede Menge Kellerasseln und etliche Spinnen).

Klein, aber sehr fein... genau was wir wollten.

Von Anfang bis Ende lief alles sehr unkompliziert. Es war alles da was man braucht... und sogar teilweise viel mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Hunden war das Ferienhaus einfach perfekt... gute Lage für Spaziergänge.

Ausflug nach St. Peter-Ording, Übernachtung in einem sehr charmanten Tiny house

Wir waren sehr positiv beeindruckt von der sehr guten Ausstattung des Tiny houses. Die Kinder waren auch sehr begeistert. Wir kommen wieder. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Top Ferienhaus

Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir fanden es total angenehm, auch die Kinder hatten Ihren Spaß. Im Garten stehen ein großes Trampolin, sowie eine Seilbahn zur Verfügung für Kinder. Auch das Inventar im Haus war gut befüllt, es war alles vorhanden von Töpfe,Pfannen bis hin zu Kinderspielen/Gesellschaftsspielen. Ruhige Lage,top Kommunikation. Wir kommen wieder. 😊
