I liked the location, cleanliness, quiet and safe environment. I didn’t appreciate the morning staff check out. The staff member wasn’t able to answer my questions and l still don’t know what l actually paid for the room because he didn’t know. A physical fight broke out in the room above us! Literally sounded like they were wrestling, screaming and yelling. Started at 1115pm and carried on until 230am. Front end staff and security did what they could, probably should have just called the police and kicked them out after 3 complaints that I made. The jacuzzi tub in our room also leaked at the drain. Bed was not that comfortable and coffee was terrible. Will not ever stay there again and do not recommend.
