Staff was very polite. Hot tub was not available which was disappointing and should have been presented to us on check in by the staff not just a sign. Hotel being wood framed and full of young tournament attendees was very noisy and loud as every footstep was heard and creaking floors above as people walked was a little annoying. Great location..room was fairly tidy. Hotel Definitely needs some TLC..bathroom door had an new handle installed that didn’t quite fit the original handle imprint.

The breakfast had good choices and healthy but scrambled eggs did not have easy access to them. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. This weekend was very noisy due to hockey team, parents were also noisy in breaskfast area durning evening and kids were constantly running down the halls till very late made it very hard for myself to relax. The hot tub was broken and not stated on app. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious for are group. The parking lot is small due to construction on it at this time. It is close to plenty of amenities.

The Staff were welcoming and very helpful in resolving my concerns. Felt the need for Smart TV in the room, need to upgrade those. Breakfast on first day was good, second day they were out by 9.30. Many guests were disappointed including us. Should focus more on that.
