I was disappointed that the desk clerk was unable to print out a receipt upon checkout. I was also unable to open the vent window at the end of the room which made it too warm for sleeping comfortably.

Was a great place to stay for the night. Bathrooms were a bit small and you were pretty much tripping over the toilet when brushing teeth or trying to get into the shower. But other then that, it was a good place!

The check-in was smooth and very welcoming. The room spotless and comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast - however some of it may have been put out at 5 a,m.I ate round 8 so not ideal. The coffee was very good. If I’m through this way again I will stay here. It is also conveniently situated from the airport. 5 mins from a first rate art gallery MacKenzie Art Gallery.

We had the suite with King bed. It was a huge space, bed was very comfy, front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly. The gym was a bit tiny, with one bike, one treadmill, one other, and very light weight weights. Breakfast had a large selection but the bread, toast, waffles were out of bags and on the dry side. A waffle machine would have been nice.

The staff and the rooms were nice.The breakfast buffet is always delicious. Big issue was when we checked in we had booked 2 rooms a year ago and requested rooms beside each other and we were initially put on 2 different floors!We told them what we had requested so they changed us to the same floor but a few rooms apart.That was good enough BUT when we went to open our room door there was another couple in that room!!Thank goodness they had their clothes on and weren’t doing anything intimate!We immediately went down to tell the staff and they apologized and then moved us to the room right beside our other room!First of all they should’ve given us that room right away!Second of all it was very upsetting for us to open a door to a room and see other people in it!

The bedding and rooms were very good - actually excellent, Staff were not very friendly - some were very nice but the majority were not, Breakfast is poor - no variety on day to day basis( not ideal for medium to long stays), Virtually no bar to talk about.
