Our shower head was broken, you couldn't change the spray combinations, seemed to be that way for some time. Also the temperature gauge wasn't working properly, you could spin it around as, the inside housing was broken. You had to find the sweet spot to actually turn the water off, but it still dripped out of the spout.

Bathtub had a disgusting brown stain on the bottom exactly where you would stand taking shower. There were no disposable drinking cups in the bathroom. Online Check-in and Check-out are encouraged by frequent text messages, followed up by emails. This is because, for some reason, there is only one person at the check-in desk.

I had the football room with the bunk beds because I’m a single parent traveling with four kids. The tv in the kids area didn’t link up to any tv stations even though it had a Roku remote and it could streamed tv or even let us sign in u see our own Netflix account on the wifi of the hotel - the staff told us it wasn’t set up to be o line and was only used for people who brought their own gaming systems or co trollers. That was not listed anywhere when I booked the room. I could t change the heat/cold or fan on the AC in the main room so it was too hot, I could not turn it down in the kids area so it was fairly chilly in there. The jacuzzi tub in the room did not work and when I asked about it they said the button for the jets was on the wall beside the light switch, all I saw was a timing knob that is usually used for the fan in hotel rooms, didn’t end up trying it as the kids were already done their bath. The staff was friendly and courteous but to get into the hotel I had to pass by a group of drunk people and their BBQ, and their haze of cigarette and weed smoke. They were loud and made my kids nervous. Not sure what was going on but they all had on football jerseys from the next province over as did half the people at breakfast the next day- who spent more than an hour taking up more than half the space at the breakfast area. The breakfast staff hustled and were doing their best but it was hard for them to keep up with the crowd goi g back for seconds or thirds.

we've stayed here a couple of times when coming to Regina it's close to our family, provides breakfast and has a pool and hot tub. Sadly the pool was overrun with kids who did not seem to have consideration for other people who were trying to use the pool.
