Disliked: Cleanliness
They had someone staying in the master bedroom and expected my kids and I to either stay with a stranger or push our reservation back a day. We were forced to cancel and had nowhere to go until vrbo got us complimentary lodgings. Thanks again to vrbo for that!!!
