The room that should have never been!!!

The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. And the carpet was so stained it gave the room a dirty feel. Not impressed at all. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner/operator. The sink didn’t drain properly. The shower was great. The pillows were way too hard. I have a sore neck.
