Main problem is they had No Breakfast any of the days. Also didn’t even have coffee available in the lobby on one of the days. The mini-fridge could not regulate the temp. Everything you put in it would freeze. Fortunately nothing exploded.

Great hotel. Clean, quiet, convenient for getting to our concert venue. However, the check-in process on the day we arrived was awful. When we arrived at 4:20 there were 4 people ahead of us and only 2 staff checking in guests. By the time it was our turn there were 7 people wising behind us in the lobby and outside to check in. Two guests almost got into a fight over the wait. And the manager disappeared.

I liked that it was clean. I needed extra blankets and the person at the check in desk went out of her way to get these for me. The price was very good for 2 nights (around $260 for a king size bed, Sept. 8-10 stay).

Hotel was dirty. Garbage cans around the facility were overflowing. Bugs on the ceiling of our bathroom. Dust all over lamps in our room. No complimentary breakfast. Most of the staff did not speak a lick of English. Had to ask for the free coffee crafts to be filled up every morning. Did not see one staff member picking up Garbage or cleaning anything. I would not stay here again. Place is a dump. They need to get staff that have pride and care about the appearance of the place. Very sad that people have horrible work ethics and get paid.to.do absolutely nothing. Its a disgrace.
