"Beyond 5 Stars: A Luxurious Sanctuary! After 14 flights and 8 hotels, Palladio was our final stop. Despite a stressful flight delay (engine issues at takeoff), the incredible staff made us forget all our exhaustion. We were recharged with a welcome drink and surprised with a proactive upgrade to an Executive Room plus a 20% discount—no asking required, despite being Expedia Gold members. The 4th floor greets you with a heavenly scent. The room was magnificent: spacious, with a balcony, espresso machine, and premium minibar. A unique touch was the hotel's branded water in sleek black cans. Every staff member is fluent in English and truly professional. Beyond daily cleaning, the evening hospitality service checked on us with extra towels and delicious chocolates. On our last day, they granted a free late check-out until 4 PM, allowing us to end our 20-day trip in total comfort. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels across Peru and Argentina, Palladio deserves 7 stars. The team works with genuine passion to make you feel at home. Buenos Aires is a beautiful museum, and this hotel is the jewel at its heart. We can’t wait to return!"

"My husband and I went to Bs As. on vacation. Stayed at the Arc hotel for a week. We had a lovely stay. The hotel location was perfect. The neighborhood safe with lots of people walking at all times. Many restaurants and mini marts all around. The hotel was overall very nice. Modern. Big rooms and comfortable beds. The tv a bit small for the size of the room. The bathrooms shower (pie shape) very small but manageable. The a/c worked really well not too noisy. The staff always so helpful with everything. The breakfast, which was included in the price was ok. They offer a buffet but not many options. I would recommend this hotel if someone asked me. "
