I only experienced breakfast at the cafe. The beef empanadas and cappuccino was great. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. The comfort of the bed was ok, not the best for my preference. Everything else was clean, great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s safe to walk around. It has an Italian feel with grand columns, and crystal chandeliers

Hotel was amazing, conveniently located in Recoleta and close to AEP airport. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was the highlight, sadly we were only able to enjoy one morning as our flight was early morning and had to leave before breakfast opens. I wish hotel provided packed breakfast, I requested but they asked to charge me for coffee and some pastries to be packed.

Very profesional and attentive personnel at every station, immediate answer to calls to front desk and room service, very efficient and quick laundry service. All and all, a great hotel/palace. The common areas are really palatial with crystal chandeliers, beautiful marble, large windows, gold leafing, ample corridors and very high ceilings.

This is a beautiful property but something’s are missing that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The first time we checked in the room they gave us had a smell. We refused that room and they gave us a much better room but someone must have known that the room had an issue. The second time we checked in the shower in the bathroom literally had no pressure. They sent the plumber twice but the issue was not fixed. Not sure why we were given these special rooms but keeping that aside a 5 star service needs to be way beyond this. The room service menu could be expanded to give the international guests more options.
