All staffs are friendly and supportive. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Lobby area is very spacious, you can relax yourself. If I ever visit Dusseldorf again, I will stay here!!

Excellent value for money and a pleasant stay

Very nice hotel, incredible value for money and breakfast included. Only complaint really I was in room 301 which was near the elevator which I could hear late at night and early morning. I did not bother asking to change rooms as I was tired and there for just one night. Would happily stay again.

My second time to stay here before an early morning flight home. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was fabulous in the hotel restaurant. Easy parking and reservations. One small improvement would be a coffee/tea maker in the room for after a long drive and before dinner. Will be back!
