Room was dirty, smelled gross and musty. The heat/fan wasn’t working and we all ended up sick with coughing and all over itching that we didn’t have before sleeping there. We left our trip a day early sick.

I liked zero. Mild in the bathroom. No maid service. Had to get my own towels. Garbage was over flowing. No staff? How does this place stay open? No customer service etc.

It is rundown, and full of wasps. We found six wasps flying in and out of our room, we had to shoot them out of the room. The smoke detector in our room was wrapped up in plastic for some reason. Not safe.

The parking lot was pitch black and you could not see, to the point of being unsafe. The door was not latched so I was able to push it open. There was hair all over in the shower.

Pool was already closed for the season. The rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed frames were filthy and full of dirt. Business center computer didn’t work. Wifi wasn’t very good if your room was in bldg far away from front desk. Staff was at least nice and accommodating when issues came up. For the price of room $65+taxes US I think next time we’ll pay the extra $20-$30 and stay at a cleaner hotel.

Paint pealing off wall in bathroom. Jacuzzi tub did not work and never asked for one. So you have to crawl over for shower. No power in bathroom on the plugins. No drain stopper in sink. Free breakfast was the worst!
