Quaint studio in Rapid City perfect for a cozy getaway

This enjoyable basement apartment, studio in Rapid City. It is a cozy retreat for guests looking to relax and unwind. This small studio is 100% private with no shared spaces. It features a comfortable KING SIZED BED, small but refreshing bathroom with a very nice shower and full kitchen with all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio.
There are steep stairs (See photo) to get to the apartment, so keep that in mind as you move forward with booking.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
1. The ceiling is approximately 6"4 for height. A few spots where there is ceiling light and ceiling beam reduce that space to around 6"2.
2. The bathroom is small. If you are over 6ft. tall you might find it too uncomfortable.
3. The stairs used to enter the studio are steep and quite narrow in depth.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

The property was listed as “quaint and cozy,” which is accurate. We had concerns about the safety of the stairs, which were very steep and poorly constructed. A dehumidifier in the kitchen area blocked the oven door and a few electrical outlets raised concerns about safety based on the location of outlets. The very small bathroom is made more difficult to navigate because some of the bathroom fixtures don’t fit well in the space. The apartment was clean and for a short stay, 1-2 nights, it would be adequate. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had, we we appreciated.
