10/10, exceeded expectations! My husband and I stayed here lastnight and we had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and we both slept well despite the close proximity to the highway: we didn’t hear any road noise as some customers complained about. FYI, there are several unsatisfactory comments bellow ours and let me just say, it seems like the owner has listened to the complaints and has done a good job addressing those to make this hotel better. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be staying here again!

Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Someone came in and covered up the smoke detector with plastic half way through our stay. Door keypad stopped working and we got locked out. Mgr said to come back in 3 months bcuz they are remodeling and everything will be better … they told us that a year ago too.

It's a comfortable hotel that is close enough to Rapid without the extra cost of 50 to 100 bucks per night extra to actually stay in Rapid. I really enjoy their soft water. Some of the hotels in Rapid have really hard water. I encountered 3 different staff members and all were very friendly and attentive. I've stayed here a few times and will stay here again. Location is very close to a convenience store.

We had a great rate, the hotel was charming and very quiet and had some great reviews. The bathroom area in our room was sadly neglected. Not clean on the edges. The pool was grimy on the edges and the hot tub was a barely lukewarm tub.

I came to Rapid City to visit a friend. I chose this hotel because it looked nice and I had a good price on it. It did not disappoint. The breakfast was fairly basic, but it was just right and had a good variety. I cannot complain. The hotel room is also fairly basic, but it was extremely clean and comfortable. I slept so good there. I’m definitely going to add this to my favorites and come back.
